Camp Causes
Every great camp leaves things better than they found them. This year, LEAP is giving you two ways to do just that. We've partnered with the Women's Resource Center and SPCA Florida, two incredible organizations right here in our community, and your chapter has two chances to earn points while making a real difference. Pack your donations, roll up your sleeves, and get ready to give back. Camp is better when we look out for each other, and that includes the community around us.
SPCA Florida
SPCA Florida is a no-kill shelter right here in Lakeland, working every day to find loving homes for animals in need.
This year, LEAP is teaming up with them to stock their shelves and show our furry neighbors some love.
Bring donated supplies to camp and earn points for your chapter. Every item counts, and the more you bring, the more your chapter climbs the ranks.
Point System

1 point: Canned dog/cat food and treats

2 points: Dry dog and cat food

3 points: Pee pads, collars, and leashes

4 points: Dog and cat toys

5 points: Chairs, crates, and scratch posts

Make a Dog Toy at Check-In
All the materials are ready and waiting for you. Just show up and get to work. Each dog toy your group makes earns 5 points for your chapter, and the SPCA Florida team will be there at check-in with some fuzzy friends to meet. Yes, really.
Women's Resource Center (WRC)
The Women's Resource Center of Florida has been serving families in crisis across Polk County since 1984. From housing assistance and mental health counseling to job coaching and emergency support, the WRC shows up for people when they need it most.
This year, LEAP is helping stock their food pantry. Bring canned goods to camp and earn points for your chapter while filling shelves for families right here in our community.
