What is LEAP?
The Leadership Education & Advancement Program (LEAP) Student Leadership Conference is dedicated to providing a platform for student leaders to enhance their leadership skills, connect with peers, and gain valuable insights to excel in their roles. Our mission is to empower the next generation of leaders with the knowledge, resources, and inspiration they need to drive positive change in their educational institutions and beyond.

Our Mission
LEAP 2026, Camp LEAP, exists to ignite passion, strengthen leadership, and build meaningful connections among student leaders through an engaging, summer camp inspired experience. By blending the energy of camp traditions like bonfires, s'mores, lake days, and team challenges, Camp LEAP equips students with the skills, confidence, and community they need to lead with purpose, authenticity, and impact.

Hosted by Florida Southern College in the heart of Lakeland, Florida, Camp LEAP takes inspiration from the natural beauty that has shaped the city's identity. With scenic lakes, shaded gathering spaces, and a campus designed for connection, Lakeland provides the perfect backdrop for insightful conversations, new ideas, and leadership growth. Here, participants are invited to step away from the everyday, embrace the spirit of camp, and approach their learning with curiosity, collaboration, and an open mind.
