Inspired by the laid-back charm of Southwest Florida’s beaches and the adventurous grit of cowboy culture, this theme encourages student leaders to embrace both resilience and adaptability. Just like cowboys navigate wide-open frontiers, our student leaders are charting new paths in their communities, campuses, and careers.
Set against the backdrop of FGCU’s beautiful campus, Coastal Cowboys blends tradition with innovation—inviting attendees to harness their inner strength, lead with heart, and ride into the future with confidence. Saddle up and join us as we explore leadership through a lens that’s as bold and breezy as the coast itself.

The LEAP Student Leadership Conference is dedicated to providing a platform for student leaders to enhance their leadership skills, connect with peers, and gain valuable insights to excel in their roles. Our mission is to empower the next generation of leaders with the knowledge, resources, and inspiration they need to drive positive change in their educational institutions and beyond.

LEAP Conference Registration!
Please note that registration is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Each school may register up to eight delegates and two advisors. This cap is subject to change as we conclude Registration Part 1.
Details for Registration Part 2 will be sent to the LEAP advisors using the email provided during Part 1 registration and posted on the LEAP Website in the Fall.
